Elbrus, 5642 m. The first continent of Smiles & Summits is complete — one summit closer to the goal.

One Year.
One dentist. Seven continents. The highest peak of each — in a single year.
Two worlds. One discipline.
Smiles & Summits connects implantology and high-altitude mountaineering — two environments governed by the same principles. It is not seven isolated expeditions, but one continuous international story, documented from preparation to completion: training, clinic, congresses, travel, climbs, setbacks, decisions and summits.
“Precision in implantology. Precision in the mountains.”
Nine climbs. Seven continents.
The working schedule of the Seven Summits cycle — from a foundation already in place to the defining expedition of the whole project.
Altitude, pressure, scale — and continuous, responsible decision-making over many weeks. Expected to become the strongest storytelling moment of the entire project.
Dates may shift with conditions, health and logistics — safety and sound judgement always outrank forcing a summit. Mount Kosciuszko (2228 m, Australia) is also planned, so the project completes both Seven Summits lists.

“The summits matter. But the real story is everything around them.”
One project. Different roles.
One coherent structure.
Not every partner is a sponsor — and not every valuable partnership is measured financially.
One partner per core commercial category wherever possible · Everest and other defining stages are never over-branded · Partner claims must reflect authentic product or service use.
“Selected partners gain more than logo placement — they become part of a meaningful, high-quality story.”Request the Partnership Prospectus
